Who needs thigh high boots when there’s pants like these?
I’ve always been a little intimated to wear leather (or leather-like) pants, so I’m taking baby steps with these BCBGeneration Jasper “denim meets leather” hybrid pants….and quickly I fell in love. It’s stretch skinnies with an unexpected edge that will instantly make you feel like you can kick anyone’s ass. Perhaps next time, I’ll go the full length!
[…] I love these leather denim hybrid pants that I try to remix it as much as I could (here and here). Which look is your […]

You just converted me into a leather pants fan KT…..you totally rock the look especially with all the chic pieces you put in between. BTW I’m so intrigued with that picture of the door….where is that? :-)

Thanks Rebecca! It was some random door at an empty building/warehouse. Pretty cool huh?
I am totally like you…a little hesitant on the leather pant trend but I will definitely check these out…this sounds like something I could wear and not feel so out of my comfort zone with ;)

I really love your arm candy today!
Those denim and leather pants are kick ass! I think they’re almost tougher than full-on leather pants. But I think you’d look good in anything, my dear, so I’m all for you going for a full-length version next time :)

You look great in these! Love your rings too – where are they from?
Nordstrom, they are those stack rings that comes with 5-6.
Hahaha, I love the kick ass comment. Leather does always makes you look tough doesn’t it. I’m glad you’re loving it cause it looks lovely on you! As so with everything else you wear!
Oh my, I saw those pants the other day at Bloomingdales and thought how strange but wow they sure look good on! Now I have to go back and try them on. I guess clothes are like food. You never know until you try them. Cute hat as well and love your hair down!
I definitely think you could pull off leather pants!! Hey, you can pull off sequined hot pants and not very many people can say that, myself included. :)
This look really suits you. I like it very much.

I see that the two-toned trend of last season has gone to the pants as well… and it’s really interesting! I really like how you’ve toned down the relative loudness of the pants with a plain white blouse and those nude cap-toes (the latter of which I am forever in love with). The fedora adds a really cute masculine touch, kind of consistent with the cool edginess of the pants, and the clutch is a fun pop of color, especially with the studs!
