Neon Girl

neongirl1

I really love how sweet and playful this OASAP dress is and the neon is really bright, perfect for summer and on sun-kissed tanned skin (too bad I am pale as ever right now but it still works :). I was actually running on 3 hours of sleep this day after staying up all night packaging orders for my shop but instead of throwing on sweats, I thought putting on something bright and cheerful can give me life (also with the help of caffeine). Added a black studded belt and some silver metallic heels to edgify the look. Hope everyone is having a lovely Friday!

Full on floral has a reputation for being a Spring & Summer print, but with such ruby red velvety colors mixed with gray tones, this mysterious print seems like the perfect transition into Fall. Of course I’m nowhere near ready to part ways with the warm sunny days (I haven’t even got my tan yet!), so I made this outfit with that in mind…Combining the open back details, crop top and light weight material that’s instantly cool against the skin. This outfit is pretty much perfect for day or night, summer or fall and best of all, it can be mixed with pretty much anything!

This outfit can be purchase separately HERE

It’s not often I wear all black but this sexy little black dress (S.L.B.D.) calls for an exception. I love that it’s made of a thick jersey material because it can be casual if paired with flats and perfect as a beach cover-up. The cut-outs are sexy and can be a bit daring… If you’re not careful you might give someone a peep show (lol), but I love how it keeps me cool on those hot summer days and is perfect for one of those evenings out when I want to wear something simple and still make a statement! xo

Seaside Pink

The first thing that comes into my mind when I think of San Francisco is the Golden Gate bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, the Pier and some crazy steep hills…but now it looks like I need to add Sutro Baths to this list.

Sutro Baths was the world’s first indoor swimming pool facility, made of steel and glass built in 1896. A fire burned it to the ground in the 1960s. Not much remains but what’s left of the ruins which is quite charming and has the ability to take you back in time. There is a new facility at the parking lot with historic information and a cafe. Many tourists don’t venture out this far, but the vistas are beautiful. If you don’t mind a little SF breeze and a small hike down, you can catch a great view and venture through a lovely trail called Lands End. This picture perfect place is a small piece of history definitely worth visiting.

I love pink and green, but together there’s something magnetic and I can’t seem to get enough of combining them. Since they are both bright hues, I wanted to neutralized the look by pairing nude heels and a nude bag which has a subtle print that adds texture to this outfit. These are my happy colors, my color therapy! :)
