Hello my lovelies! I hope you are having an amazing day! I started out cleaning my dresser the other night because my jewelries has gotten a little out of control. But the ‘crazy little cleaning lady’ in me started curating everything from my makeup to my favorite pair of high heels and handbags (and will be tackling the wardrobe next — stay tuned for part 2). Here’s just a little glimpse inside my closet… hopefully this will give you a break from seeing too much of me! :)

Here I am again with one of those easy breezy tops from Express (last worn here). I’m obsessed with them because they are great for every occasions. Dressy, work, play or just everyday wear. One of my summer’s wardrobe essential has got to be a pair of white high-waisted shorts. But I find it difficult to find a pair of white shorts that’s perfect. It’s usually too thin and everyone can see your pink neon panties (what? isn’t everything neon these days?) or it’s riding up your who-who whenever you move. That’s definitely annoying! So I was pretty delighted to find these Zara shorts to be just the right fit and have just the right amount of material.
With the proper fit and material, white shorts can be comfy, chic, and best of all, it’ll never go out of style…Paired your shorts with a loose cropped tank for day and eased into night with a silky blouse or dark blazer. In addition to its longevity, the versatility of white shorts definitely gives it another good reason why owning a pair is a must.
Ladies: What’s your verdict on white shorts?
After seeing the movie Couple’s Retreat a couple of years ago, I fell in love with the beautiful lagoons of Bora Bora. The pristine turquoise water and the soft white sand of the movie’s setting was just breath taking. Wishful thinking, I told NR “one day”…I would love to go there. The next thing I knew (well a year later) my wish came true :)
Three flights and 10.5 hours later (SFO>LAX>Pape’ete>Bora), we made it to this little paradise on Earth….looking at these pictures transports me right back to September.
