Looking back at these photos, I was having a pretty crappy day; but that morning I had a long talk with my dad and I felt completely cathartic afterwards…Sometimes it takes the right person to say the right things at the right time to help you get back on the right track.  He said it’s ok to fall apart sometimes, it’s the only way you’re going to see what you’re truly made of (I think he got that from a Pinterest quote lol), but pick yourself up and go do something you love!

In life, not everything is going to go your way, but just keep pushing, move forward and try to look at everything with a positive mindset…don’t dwell on the circumstances, focus on the results. Then go spend a day at the beach with your favorite person, drink champagne from the bottle and listen to the waves of the ocean…That’s my kind of serenity. :) -ktr
