High on Denim
Sometimes DIY projects gone wrong can turn out not too shabby. I ran out of bleach while trying to turn these vintage Levi’s white but instead the result was this nicely faded stone wash.
Have you ever DIY’d something and though it has gone wrong but it turned out perfect?

Hello lovelies, as you’re reading this, I’m probably baking in the hot & humid desert of Las Vegas (100+ degrees). Not to worry, we are armed with SPF 25 and brought plenty of Capri suns and other various juices to keep us hydrated for days. Have a fabulous weekend, stay out of trouble and talk to you soon! Kisses!
These are freaking awesome. I’ve been looking for this exact style and every time I try DIY they never come out right.
My dear KTR, everytime I visit your blog I’m awed, each outfit you post is better than the last one!
How’s that even possible?
love ur style, as always. u look lovely, as always. NEED a hat like that =)
Very cute! Enjoy your trip to Vegas, if you get opportunity I highly suggest you have brunch at the Wicked Spoon at The Cosmopolitan hotel!
I want to go back if only just for that!
I was at the Cosmo and it was beautiful (and very busy!!). Definitely will need to check that place out next time. Thanks LT!
Great pictures! Your shoes are so fierce as are your poses!

I suck at DIY so I think all my DIYs will definitely turn out all wrong! LOL! I think your denim shorts look great and actually denim with denim looks good!
I’m loving the denim on denim! Cool shorts.

I haven’t really done a DIY either! :) HAHA! I want to though, and I really wanted to do this tie dye thing because of the whole Philip Lim 3.1 runway designs, but I just haven’t had the chance. I will one of these days, and I will let you know how it turns out. (I’m sure it’ll be bad!) :(
I love this look! You look great as always. Love the denim on denim, and that belt is a perfect addition. Enjoy Vegas!
Thanks Trinnah! I’d love to see your DIY! It always feels good to have your creative juices on stuff even if it goes wrong lol
Awwwww I love this whole look!

Believe it or not, I’ve never done a DIY – period! I love the way your shorts turned out, they’re a pretty perfect pair of cutoffs if you ask me :) Enjoy your time in the desert, the dry heat sounds blissful right about now!
