It’s about that time of the year to switch from tank tops, shorts and sandals to pants, jackets, sweaters and boots. I’m not really big on layering because I get a little claustrophobic a little too quickly but fall can still be warm for me with the perfect jacket.

One of my basic necessities for fall is a jacket that will keep me warm, isn’t overwhelming, and is chic and unique. Over the years I’ve collected a good number of jackets and this tweed knit jacket is one of my latest favorites. I was quickly drawn to the coziness of cable knit sleeves and the perfect olive shade of the tweed vest. It was a perfect subtle addition to my very basic skinny jeans and white t-shirt combination. Best of all, it kept me warm without making me too hot! Gotta love those sweater jackets!

Okay! This is my idea of a perfect fall outfit! The attention to detail with the tweed, knits, studs, chain-links and fuchsia lips are all my favorite things wrapped up in one happy blog post. As usual I have to say I love your arm swag! Not too much, not too little and it never takes anything away from the outfit!

I love this casual yet still gorgeous look! Jeans and tees are a classic fave simply because it’s so easy to dress up. Two-toned/textured jackets pretty much own my heart, and I love how seasonally appropriate it is. Plus the blazer-shape to it really gives it classy vibe. Plus those peep-toe ankle boots are to die for!
