I have to say this was one of those outfits that was just a little confused at first. The button up blouse is for daytime, yet it’s a crop top so it’s definitely NOT work friendly (well at least not for a corporate office) and this VLabel London sequin skirt combined with metallic heels was more suitable for nighttime. These pieces separately really didn’t make sense, but I love when they were paired together! I wore this to a fashion /biz entrepreneur meet-up a couple of weeks ago and was going for a glamorous & sophisticated meets fun & chic look. Besides, it was late afternoon, part day and part evening, so pretty much anything goes. :)

Wore this cute little romper last week when we were hanging at Santana Row and came across this cool wall in one of the side streets. How amazing are the colors and the “vintage” looking iron windows? Sure was perfect as the background color for this black and white ensemble. Btw, if you’re interested in this romper, it runs true to size, but I went a size up so it’s not too tight (I try to be modest sometimes :). Since the romper was loose fitting, I added a waist belt to cinch the waist and add shape to the boxy romper.

Have a good weekend!

The last time I wore this skirt was with a contrasting pink floral top (here). It was definitely an eye catching statement outfit, but when I wanted a more subtle look, I’d like to pair my outfits with a simple white top. It’s clean, effortless and easy to style. Plus it goes with practically everything and is perfect for summer! :)
